Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Identify market potential by qualifying clients/recruitment partners.
• Initiate the outreach process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, and understanding client requirements.
• Start a relationship by building rapport with potential clients, explaining organization capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing proposals.
• Expand opportunities with existing clients by introducing new services and developing new solutions.
• Ensure quality service to clients while upholding organizational values at all times.
• Enable seamless communication with multiple internal teams to successfully meet department outcomes.
• Maintain data and build actionable reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
• Coordinate with learners to ensure they register for placement opportunities and attend them.
• Send out communications to learners and conduct sessions for them on hiring partner expectations, etc.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to work in a goal-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of hiring trends in the industry.
• Excellent communication in the English language (spoken and written) as well as the region hired for.
• Strong presentation skills (online and offline).
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Office 365 and others.
• Laptop, Smartphone with Android 9.0 and above or iOS 14.0 and above.
• Must be willing to join by January 16th, 2023.
• Must be willing to relocate to Bangalore for one month for training purposes.
