Description :
As a Developer Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure to support our logistics analytics operations. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and availability for analysis and reporting purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain new data pipelines using Azure Data Factory:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines for ETL purposes.
- Handle large volumes of structured and unstructured data related to logistics operations.
- Data modeling and architecture:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design efficient data models and architecture supporting analytics and reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the data lifecycle.
- Data quality and validation:
- Implement data validation processes and quality checks to identify and resolve anomalies and errors.
- Work closely with business users to understand and address data issues.
- Data integration and API development:
- Integrate data from external systems through APIs or other methods.
- Develop and maintain data interfaces for seamless data exchange between systems.
- Performance optimization:
- Identify and implement strategies to optimize data processing and query performance.
- Monitor and fine-tune data pipelines for efficiency and reliability.
- Documentation and knowledge sharing:
- Document data engineering processes, data models, and technical specifications.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team to foster collaboration and a data-driven culture.
- Collaboration and cross-functional support:
- Work closely with logistics operations, business analysts, data scientists, and IT.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (Advanced degree is a plus).
- Proven 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and experience with data integration tools.
- Exposure to cloud service platforms like Azure, AWS, FIVETRAN, and familiarity with Snowflake.
- Proficiency in data modeling, database design principles, ETL processes, and business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and related data domains.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
