Job Title: Associate Process Manager
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Job Type: Full-time
Description :
The ideal candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area, applying it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. This role requires a candidate who can identify discrepancies, propose optimal solutions using a logical approach, and lead, control, and motivate teams towards company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business problems and requirements by building domain knowledge and translate them into data science problems.
- Conceptualize and design cutting-edge data science solutions, applying design-thinking concepts.
- Identify the right algorithms, tech stack, and sample outputs to efficiently address the end need.
- Prototype and experiment with solutions to successfully demonstrate their value.
- Independently or with support from the team, execute the conceptualized solution following project management guidelines.
- Present results to internal and client stakeholders in an easily understandable manner through effective storytelling, storyboarding, insights, and visualization.
- Contribute to building the overall data science capability for the organization through support in pilots, pre-sales pitches, product development, and practice development initiatives.

Technical and Functional Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 3+ years of work experience.
- Experience in Advanced Analytics, Data Science, regression, forecasting, analytics, SQL, R, Python, decision tree, random forest, SAS, clustering classification.
- Ability to engage clients to understand business requirements and convert them into technical/modelling problems for solution development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients from the C-suite to marketing managers to technical specialists.
- Knowledge of analytical/statistical techniques; working knowledge/experience in R and Python is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain English.
- Domain understanding of at least one, preferably two verticals among Retail, Cable, Technology (not mandatory).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to find relevant stories from piles of reports.
- Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
