Description :
As a Data Analytics associates you will involve in serving as a point of contact for Risk data analytics, encompassing tasks like business requirements gathering, data modeling, data documentation, data analysis to identify patterns, presenting data visualizations for business insights, and assisting with ad-hoc data queries.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend data requirements.
- Draft data business requirements and user stories for new software development projects.
- Provide data analytics support to Business Analysts and Product Owners.
- Adhere to Agile SCRUM practices for data-intensive projects, encompassing software development, data warehousing, customer reporting, and data analytics.
- Profile data comprehensively to assess quality, anomalies, and patterns.
- Identify, plan, and oversee the consolidation of redundant data sources to establish a centralized golden copy of source data.
- Implement data quality processes for the data warehouse and analyze data quality reports to detect potential anomalies across multiple data sources.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to support internal customers.
- Research and propose solutions for data anomalies and promptly communicate data issues to the relevant stakeholders.
- Integrate risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, escalating issues when necessary.

- Minimum of 7 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Experience in financial risk management and/or Fintech is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of various data architectures such as Application Database, Data Warehouse & Data Lake.
- Hands-on experience in writing and executing complex SQL queries.
- Proficiency with various business intelligence tools is required.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or other similar languages is also required.
