Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant to the Regional Leader CBS India, you will play a crucial role in coordinating documents and gathering and inputting data for assigned administrative support duties. You will work with a team, department, function, or other organizational leader/group under a moderate degree of supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and addressing routine information requests.
- Gather, compile, and verify information, accurately entering it into documents such as reports, presentations, or forms, as well as office systems like databases or spreadsheets.
- Assist with data collection, data entry, and report generation related to various departmental activities.
- Handle associate functions, including preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Respond to or redirect routine inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization/department, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Prepare documentation for vendor, supplier, and third-party payments; submit documentation and enter payment requests into the accounting system; address inquiries from accounts payable and payees.
- Document and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
- Participate as a team member in departmental business improvement assignments and projects as needed.
- Perform other routine administrative activities following established procedures of the organization and/or department.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience, as required by applicable regulations.
Experience:
- Requires some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
- Support administrative tasks, e.g., raising POs, GRR, etc.
- Prepare departmental budgets.
- Support HR team in organizing team events.
