Description :
The Asset Management Analyst is a key member of the Cloud Governance Office within the Cloud Operations organization. This role entails managing software and hardware renewals, monitoring and controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the procurement team to perform data gathering, analysis, reporting, and process execution related to contracts and support agreements for hardware, software, and third-party services.
- Track and update department budgets, ensuring alignment between technology and finance departments.
- Interface with employees to gather information, documentation, and records related to hardware, software, and cloud contracts, purchases, and maintenance.
- Liaise with the Procurement team to review vendor contracts, purchase agreements, and other data to effectively manage renewals and new contracts, identifying areas for cost avoidance and savings.
- Keep records up-to-date to assist with financial forecasting and policy compliance.
- Liaise with Finance, Procurement, and Coupa suppliers as required, scheduling regular touchpoints and business reviews.
- Identify and document process improvements to drive operational and cost efficiency.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through the development and review of KPI dashboards related to procurement and facilitate regular reviews with business partners.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in the procurement of software and services in a SaaS organization.
- Quick learner able to leverage Coupa’s industry-leading Business Spend Management platform.
- Expert level knowledge with spreadsheets, databases, and analytics tools such as Tableau.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven.
- Demonstrable critical thinking skills.
- Strong team player with excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and bias for action.
- Some knowledge of Cloud and Security practices and experience working with leading cloud service providers.
