Job Title: Officer – Chat Operations

Location : Pune, India

Job Type: On-Site/Resident

Description :

Officer – Chat Operations is an entry-level position responsible for providing essential operational support services, including but not limited to record and documentation maintenance, record storage and retrieval, account maintenance, imaging, and account opening, in coordination with the Operations – Core Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Chat platform to respond to service inquiries from customers and provide comprehensive resolutions to complaints and queries.
  • Follow up on all customer requests via chat and email.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of product and service offerings to assist customers.
  • Analyze risk areas and identify solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure information security for sensitive data.
  • Assist customers in utilizing self-service options through our website.
  • Focus on maintaining a positive customer experience while managing and minimizing operating losses.
  • Accurate reporting of Management Information Systems (MIS) and timekeeping.
  • Undertake other assignments and projects as directed by the Team Lead or Manager.
  • Present a professional attitude and image to both internal and external customers.
  • Liaise with various departments and perform account-level system maintenance while resolving customer queries and complaints.

Qualifications:

  • 0 – 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in the retail banking sector is highly preferred.
Shift of Operations:
  • US Day/India Night – Rotating shifts with work on Saturdays and Sundays. A 5-day work week.
