Description :
The Ops Support Associate is an entry-level position responsible for delivering essential operations support services, including record/documentation maintenance, records storage and retrieval, account maintenance, imaging, and account opening in coordination with the Operations – Core Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to all levels of staff regarding processes and operating procedures, assisting the unit manager.
- Coordinate team efforts to ensure efficiency, quality, timeliness, and smooth departmental workflow.
- Evaluate equipment and staff resource allocation, identifying potential issues that may impact workflow.
- Interact with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues and concerns.
- Monitor work in progress to meet business and quality standards.
- Make decisions within established procedures, balancing the needs of employees, the company, and customers.
- Support a wide range of products and services and serve as a team subject matter expert.
- Assess risk appropriately in business decisions, prioritizing the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and transparently addressing and reporting control issues.
