Position : Key Accounts – Modern Trade
Job Purpose and Impact
As a Key Accounts – Modern Trade professional, you will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing the company’s relationships with strategic accounts, often involving international partners or major global accounts. With general supervision, you will help identify and reach out to potential customers, build lasting relationships to drive future sales and repeat business, and assist in assessing customer needs while recommending suitable products, services, and solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Under guidance, identify, develop, and close new sales.
- Contribute to business growth by effectively communicating information that promotes our organization and its products and services.
- Keep an eye on customer and competitor activity as well as industry trends.
- Assist in coordinating market research, pricing, sales, and merchandising activities.
- Engage in regular status and strategy meetings with customers’ senior management to grasp and fulfill their requirements.
- Independently resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of related work experience.
Other minimum qualifications may apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years of related work experience.
- Strong collaboration and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Understanding of category dynamics and the ability to utilize this knowledge to formulate growth strategies.
