Role: Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Boomi’s Sales & Operations team is the backbone of sales processes. And responsible for developing, administering, and optimizing procedures that ensure seamless order fulfillment and communication, both online and offline. As a bridge between sales and other operational functions, Boomi leverage his expertise to enhance sales programs, streamline processes, and improve various aspects, such as planning, pricing, and reporting.

What You’ll Achieve

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients maximize their IT investments, achieve efficiencies, and reduce costs. You’ll contribute to the creation and maintenance of a global portal for customer accounts, fostering positive relationships that enhance the experience for both customers and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support.
Oversee order fulfillment.
Investigate customer or order issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address process inefficiencies.
Act as a liaison for order status, issues, and inventory management.
Facilitate communication and information-sharing with our sales force and cross-functional departments.

Desirable Requirements:
