Description :

Roles & Responsibilities:

In-depth knowledge of Indian GAAP with a working understanding of differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS.
Collaborating closely with the Partner to foster and strengthen client relationships.
Proficiency in applying relevant accounting standards, independently executing Ind AS engagements, and conducting research on complex technical accounting matters.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to engage with individuals at all levels within an organization and participate in Assurance Committee Meetings.
Strong leadership skills for engaging with senior management, facilitating various meetings, and promoting a positive work culture that embodies BDO values.
Demonstrated abilities in supervision and coaching, effective delegation, technical expertise, motivating engagement teams, and managing multiple projects.
Adapting to stringent deadlines and challenging client environments.
Contributing to identifying prospective companies for pitching/ideation and preparing pitches to secure new mandates.
Keeping abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends.
Willingness to travel both within India and internationally.
