Job Title: Relationship Manager – GL North West

Location: Akola Gandhi Road

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively canvass and source new customers to expand the Gold Loan business.
• Generate revenue through cross-selling financial products and interest collection.
• Appraise Gold Loans efficiently.
• Maintain strong client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
• Handle customer relationship management, follow-up, maintain important registers and daily reports, and manage cash flow and accounting.
• Engage in direct marketing of cross-selling products, including insurance products, at branch locations.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in Gold Loan business.
• Proven track record in revenue generation through cross-selling.
• Proficiency in Gold Loans appraisal.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining registers and reports.
• Cash management and accounting knowledge.
• Direct marketing experience in cross-selling financial products, including insurance.
