Job Title: Sales Manager – Banc Assurance

Job Description:

Are you ready to excel in the world of insurance sales? Bajaj Allianz are looking for a Sales Manager in Banc Assurance to join Allianz’s dynamic team in Nashik.

Execution:

  • Analyze customer segmentation, sales trends, demographics, geography, and characteristics to assess business potential.
  • Conduct branch-level training for banking partners on regulatory guidelines and products.
  • Plan and activate branches through R&R activities to increase penetration and maximize the bank partner’s potential in the given geography.

Relationship Management:

  • Drive campaigns and contests for our Partner Banks to boost sales in profitable segments.
  • Assist banking partners in presenting our products to key customers and driving sales closures.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for existing customers.

New Acquisition of Banking Partners:

  • Gather market information about potential partners and assess the fitment of BAGIC portfolio products.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective banking clients, introduce BAGIC products, and offer them attractive products in coordination with the Vertical Head.

Service Orientation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless work execution across channels, including servicing, policy issuance, and more.
  • Collect relevant customer documents post-sales and submit them to the operations team.
  • Resolve operational issues faced by partners, ensuring a smooth working experience with BAGIC.
  • Provide support for cancellation requests, policy endorsements, and claim registration on behalf of customers.
