Job Summary:
As a Marketing Intern, you will be part of a Development Program lasting approximately 6 to 12 months. During this time, you will receive specific training and oversight as you work on marketing activities such as event management, branding, market research, customer meetings, and classroom training. Upon completing the training program, you will be responsible for assigned tasks, and the role may involve up to 50% travel.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct market research, including industry and market analysis, trend analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Provide content editing and formatting support for monthly marketing communication letters.
- Collaborate with the global Marcomm team on events and brand promotional activities.
- Disseminate newsletters and monthly communications to employees in a timely manner.
- Create content for internal and external publications, covering activities, celebrations, and success stories.
- Design customer invitations and presentations as needed.
- Collaborate with journals or magazines to publish articles, editorials, interviews, and advertisements with the help of the Global team.
- Support in arranging seminars, events, and exhibitions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Material Science, or Chemistry, and an MBA in Marketing Management, Business Analytics, Business Management, or Visual Communication.
