Description : 

As a FSM Specialist you will be responsible for focusing on business process knowledge in the context of Technical Services, including areas such as Ticket to Order, Integration with SAP FSM, FSM checkout processes, and FSM reports. Your tasks will encompass design and development of system components, adherence to technology standards, hands-on software development, and providing support.

Qualifications:

• A four-year college degree in an applicable discipline is required. An advanced degree is preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Experience in executing a minimum of 2-3 projects in SAP FSM integrating with either C4C Service Cloud or SAP ERP.
• 3 to 5+ years’ experience with Business rules, FSM HTML layouts, and workflow.
• Exposure to CPI and designing groovy scripts.
• Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement is desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot critical issues and implement solutions based on SAP best practices.
• BS/BA in Information Systems, or relevant work experience.
• SAP Certifications and/or courses are a plus.

Skills & Experience :

• Proven proficiency and knowledge (5+ years) in areas such as SAP FSM (Cloud & Windows App), SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) including Groovy scripts, SAP C4C (Customer for Customer) – Service Cloud or SAP Sales & Distribution (ECC).
• Hands-on experience with FSM Business Rule setup, scripting, UI configuration.
• Exposure to FSM reports (HTML, Jaspersoft) and workflows.
• Troubleshooting and error handling with FSM and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Familiarity with integrations between C4C and SAP/non-SAP systems using CPI; experience with iFlows.
• Proficiency in using ABSL and UI Designer in SAP Cloud Applications Studio for complex SAP Cloud for Customer implementations.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in C4C with data workbench, system requirements development, designing and prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of EDI/ALE and sound knowledge of IDocs.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to express complex technical concepts in terms understandable to the business.
• The ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership both from IT and business.
• Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative team spirit.
