Job Tittle : Manager – Accounting

What You’ll Do :

• Close the books of account (GLs) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis following Group’s guidelines.
• Conduct monthly GL review, analysis, reconciliation, and preparation of GL schedules.
• Prepare Flux/Variance analysis on both standalone and consolidated bases.
• Handle payroll accounting, reconciliation, and compliances.
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation accounting.
• Provide guidance to the accounting team (including AP and AR teams).
• Oversee statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audits.
• Assist in preparing corporate tax returns, transfer pricing, GST, and TDS returns.
• Support in direct and indirect tax assessments.
• Perform other related job responsibilities/tasks assigned by management.
• Assist the Global accounting team (based in Chicago and Dallas areas) in activities such as GL reconciliations, journal entry posting, and other tasks.

What You Bring:

• Chartered Accountant with 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Previous experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role within an IT or Manufacturing entity.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, direct and indirect taxation, and compliances.
• Experience in managing internal controls and processes.
• Goal-oriented with a strong commitment to work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet defined deadlines.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexible attitude and a willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes to achieve desired results and take on additional responsibilities.
• Readiness to work in a global working environment.
