Job Title : Accounts Payable Team Member

Location : Pune , Maharashtra.

Experience : 3-7 years

Role and Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Coding:

  • Accurately input details of Vendor invoices, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes into the accounting system (SAP).
  • Assign appropriate general ledger codes for precise accounting.
  • Maintain accurate records of Aging Report for Invoice receipt and booking in SAP.
  • Book various invoices (Freight, GRN, Service, CAPEX, etc.).
  • File various documents processed in accounts payable.

Reconciliation:

  • Assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions with vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Expense Reporting:

  • Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies for timely reimbursement.

Recordkeeping:

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable files and documentation.
