Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Finance Data Governance in compliance with the Enterprise Data Governance Policy.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to perform root cause analysis and support data quality issue remediation.
- Generate data quality scorecards, dashboards, and analytical reports to monitor data health.
- Conduct root cause analysis of data quality issues and assist in addressing Audit and Regulatory feedback.
- Support strategic enhancements to data assessment processes and data quality tools.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in Finance and Controllership.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other technical skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Prior experience with data quality programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with Collibra is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile (Rally/Jira) or SAFE project methodologies.
