Business Growth:
- Your success will be gauged based on the performance of your assigned tasks and deliverables against input metrics.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and pinpoint the relevant input metrics that drive growth and enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other Amazon programs to achieve this.
- Possess the ability to manage and deliver against complex objectives when the strategy is not clearly defined. You should be adept at making trade-offs between short-term selling partner needs and longer-term strategic investments.
- Identify new opportunities across a multitude of brands, develop and execute project plans.
Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with sellers within your portfolio and internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
- Monitor seller satisfaction survey results to analyze both positive and negative feedback trends. Develop improvement plans and manage expectations with Account Managers as needed.
Process Excellence:
- Use customer feedback, market growth trends, and key metrics to contribute to the strategic development of features and programs that accelerate growth and improve the experience of selling partners collaborating with Amazon.
- Identify areas of unnecessary processes or inefficiencies and work on simplification.
- Recognize, optimize, and scale improvements that can benefit a broad set of customers, such as driving efficiencies through tools and processes, simplifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc., and collaborating across multiple departments. Develop mechanisms to enforce accountability.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in data analysis and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 3+ years of experience in client or vendor-facing roles with an emphasis on relationship management and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and extract insights
- Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating resolutions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication.
