Job Title: Agency Leader Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, meet, and convert potential customers to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Recruit high-quality Agency Leaders and Insurance Advisors by prospecting, identifying, and sourcing individuals. Utilize presentations, consistent follow-ups, collection of necessary documentation, and ensure attendance at training programs.
• Provide training to Agency Leaders and Insurance Advisors through both classroom and on-the-job training, including accompanying them on sales calls and conducting mock presentations to help them achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement a plan to achieve business targets on a monthly basis. Set individual targets for each of the Agency Leaders and Advisors, taking into consideration their potential and the total business target.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team of Agency Leaders and Insurance Advisors. Sustain a motivated team through personal examples and by conducting motivational sessions and feedback programs.
