Description :
As a Technical Data Analyst, you will be responsible for executing data migration, data conversion, and data validation projects for Addepar clients using established tools and processes. Your role involves coordinating with internal project teams, meeting project deadlines, and identifying opportunities to enhance our tools and processes.
Responsibilities :
- Perform data conversion, migration, and validation from external or internal sources using existing tools and established workflows.
- Ensure on-time completion of data projects, meeting project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, provide regular status updates for assigned data projects, and manage expectations effectively.
- Execute Python ETL scripts and, when necessary, modify, fix, or debug them.
- Escalate key issues to project team members and senior leadership when required.
- Effectively prioritize and switch contexts to manage concurrent projects through to completion.
- Adhere to project management standard processes.
- Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, workflow enhancement, and increased efficiency and automation.

Skills & Experience :
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in technology and finance.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience collaborating with colleagues across multiple global locations.
- Proficient in the Python programming language and well-versed in ETL concepts.
- Understanding of financial markets and experience with financial products and portfolio data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
- Solution-oriented attitude with a passion for problem-solving.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to enhancing processes.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
