Description :
As a part of Addepar’s Data Operations team in Pune, India, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have access to accurate and timely data. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing portfolio transactions and positions, conducting meticulous verification checks, and assisting clients with data-related inquiries. The Data Operations team at Addepar is at the heart of the company’s activities, involving daily interactions with financial data providers, clients, and colleagues across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct daily internal verification checks to guarantee the accuracy and timely availability of client portfolio data.
- Investigate and resolve data pipeline issues and data feed processing exceptions, collaborating with level 2 and 3 support when necessary.
- Address inquiries and requests related to data from clients, Sales and Services teams, as well as external data providers and partners.
- Offer support to regional colleagues regarding standard operational workflows and projects.
- Maintain team resources and procedural documentation, accurately record metrics for internal analysis.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and implement process improvements and tool enhancements that enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience :
- 2+ years of experience in the financial investment/advisory sector with a deep understanding of capital markets, trade processing, and middle/back-office operations systems.
- Exemplary attention to detail and precise execution of established processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with internal and external data partners.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, even under pressure.
- Team-oriented, proactive, forward-thinking, and willing to work flexible hours.
- Technical proficiency in one or more of the following is preferred: Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Atlassian
- Jira/Confluence, SQL, Salesforce, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or other common financial services systems and applications.
