As a Financial Planning and Analyst in the Electrification business area for Distribution Solutions division, you will play a vital role. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll provide essential financial analysis, support budgeting, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial results within your area and assist in preparing management reports.
• Evaluate the impact of strategic financial decisions and drive financial planning processes.
• Implement standardized processes and tools for effective financial planning.
• Contribute to external financial reporting, including management discussion and analysis.
• Collaborate with reporting units and countries to address inconsistencies in management reporting.
• Lead process improvement and cost-saving initiatives to enhance profitability.
• Support initiatives for financial control excellence and process improvement.
