Description :
In this role, you will be responsible for early-stage collection activities related to North American customer accounts. Your primary tasks will include telephone collections, account authorization, and account management. This position operates exclusively during night shifts to support our valued clients in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls for early-stage collections.
- Collect on past-due accounts, which may involve large balances and moderately complex situations, using available technology and collection strategies.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers who are behind on their payments.
- Review account statuses and assist in resolving issues such as misapplied cash, referring complex cases to supervisors.
- Proactively manage assigned accounts to maintain low levels of delinquency.
- Achieve key performance indicators related to quality, effort, productivity, and accuracy while adhering to legal expectations and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient listening and comprehension skills in English.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English, utilizing proper grammar and an accent understandable to customers and dealers.
- High level of patience and customer-centric approach to resolving customer requests.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, as well as intranet and internet tools.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of installment, revolving, and leasing finance products is preferred.

Desired Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Service Industry, specifically in collections or customer support services for US customers.
- 1-3 years of experience working in a collection or customer service role, or a related customer-oriented environment within an international call center setup.
- 1-3 years of experience using Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft tools.
