Job Title: Campus Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with college coordinators to facilitate smooth and effective campus recruitment drives.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews of campus candidates, ensuring a thorough selection process.
• Manage the onboarding process, including comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate closely with our business teams and accompany them for on-campus recruitment drives.
• Develop engaging strategies for campus engagement, such as webinars, pre-placement talks, contests, and more.

• Campus placement expertise
• 360-degree recruitment capabilities
• Talent management proficiency
• Hiring and interviewing skills
• Offer creation and onboarding experience

Candidate Attributes:

• Strong relationship builder with a commitment to ethical practices.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Consistently scored over 70% in 10th and 12th grades.
• Master’s Degree in Management (HR) or relevant field.
• 0-2 years of experience in campus recruitment.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Experience Range: 0 – 2 years

Educational Qualifications: Any graduation, and MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
