Job Description :
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Calculate fund settlements for fundraisers.
- Transfer funds for international and domestic donations.
- Verify international transactions through emails.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries related to fund settlements.
- Handle disputes and chargebacks raised on donations.
- Perform daily risk analysis of international transactions.
- Maintain various trackers and reports.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of MIS office with skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Dynamic and able to take initiatives.
- Ability to multitask.
- Time management skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Qualification: Graduate.
- Total Experience: 1 to 3 years.
