🛍️ Understand GlowRoad’s products and services, articulating their functions and benefits to sellers.

🌟 Acquire new sellers across categories within your assigned location, ensuring competitive pricing and fostering long-term partnerships.

🚀 Sales Associate identifies potential sellers and industry verticals, generate leads, and convert new sellers to GlowRoad.

💼 Analyze client requirements, propose growth solutions, and provide training on all offered services.

📦 Drive new product launches, source new catalogs, and ensure a wide range of products in your assigned location. 📊 Develop a deep understanding of the market.

Basic Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in B.Com/BBA or equivalent. Masters or MBA is a plus.

🌐 2-5 years of field experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically in acquiring new sellers and brands.

Preferred Qualifications:

🚀 Prior field experience with top enterprise/high-growth startups as a Sales Associate in your assigned location.

💼 Proven success in negotiating large deals.

🏭 Ability to navigate manufacturers and wholesalers by visiting key markets and a solid understanding of local markets.

👚 Experience in handling and acquiring sellers in fashion, home, kitchen, and accessories categories.
