Job Responsibilities:
As a Compliance Analyst , you will:
- Monitor vendor and furnisher data, ensuring it meets Data Quality (DQ) standards. Take corrective action on data that fails the standards.
- Ensure data accuracy as required by the Data Quality Management Program (DQMP).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure Data Quality standards are met as outlined in DQMP.
- Identify, catalog, and resolve Data Quality issues according to the DQ Issue Management process.
- Perform periodic data refresh and vendor system changes when needed.
- Ensure data collected for analytical use is accurate and take corrective measures if issues are identified.
- Participate in internal and client audits, providing necessary metrics.
- Create and maintain dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting DQ Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Document and maintain data flow and its usage.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of programming experience with good SQL and analytical skills.
- Experience in Excel macros and formulas related to data analysis.
- Ability to organize and write clear documents.
- Desirable: Experience in Mainframe programming. If not, must be willing to learn and work in Mainframe technology.
- Knowledge in data analysis and data engineering is a plus.
