Financial Force Job Description :
The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on approach, with expertise in process methodologies, functional analysis, and detailed use case documentation. Proficiency in FinancialForce and Salesforce technologies, including Lightning, is essential. This role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to extend and enhance the FinancialForce platform, aligning with organizational strategies and supporting Salesforce implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the customer’s needs, ensuring customer-centricity across all initiatives.
- Foster proactive communication and collaboration with key stakeholders to cultivate strong relationships.
- Act as the primary contact for the FinancialForce PSA system, providing functional and technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop requirements and designs aligned with business strategies.
- Analyze data and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and offer solutions.
- Maintain documentation using Agile Scrum methodologies, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Design and implement software modifications and enhancements for the FinancialForce PSA platform.
- Communicate business impacts of system changes to stakeholders.
- Participate in analysis, testing, and deployment of changes to FinancialForce PSA and integrated systems.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and training material creation.
- Successfully manage project deliverables from initiation to closure.
- Stay updated on new FinancialForce PSA features and provide recommendations for process enhancements.

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities.
- Consulting experience or exposure to consulting environments preferred.
- Hands-on experience with FinancialForce or Salesforce in various areas.
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce or FinancialForce configuration and administration experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a business systems analyst or equivalent role.
- Experience working in an IT Agile team.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or similar field, or equivalent experience.
- FinancialForce and Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
