Financial Analyst Job Description :
As a Financial Analyst at Genpact you are engaging in commercial credit, auto financing, portfolio management, underwriting of lease/loan documents, due diligence. Financial analyst role would demand working on hard deadlines, maintaining the highest level of accuracies .
Financial Analyst Responsibilities :
- Undertake financial spreading using either in-house software or client-provided applications, adhering to the client’s credit policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure timely delivery of outputs within agreed timelines and standard protocols.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, bank statements/reconciliations, and tax returns.
- Capable of interpreting account schedules to extract necessary information such as inventory and debtor/creditor schedules.
- Possess a solid grasp of accounting standards such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS, with additional knowledge of other accounting standards being advantageous.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills and willingness to shoulder increased workload during volume spikes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both written and oral communication. Display attention to detail and effective decision-making abilities.

Financial Analyst Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or equivalent, with demonstrated expertise in credit management and relevant experience in financial spreading or the credit domain.
