As a Sales Representative, your primary objective will be to achieve optimal point-of-sale volumes and placements. In order to meet defined sales targets, you will be responsible for managing and organizing territories and clients, ensuring alignment with all headquarters’ business initiatives and functions.

Main Responsibilities:

SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT & DEVELOPMENT

  • Striving to meet sales targets.
  • Visiting Points of Sale within the designated area to ensure product availability, proper placement, visible pricing, and the correct quantity of advertising materials.
  • Taking orders in the required quantity and assortment to achieve targeted visibility and maintain Point of Sale stock.
  • Identifying and providing direction on opportunities for business growth.
  • Influencing sales and assisting clients with catalog communication, placement optimization, promotions, and innovative sales approaches.

COMMUNICATION AND POS COORDINATION

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with customer counterparts in the field.
  • Communicating all activities to stores to ensure their execution.
  • Engaging clients in Category Management discussions and improvement projects.
  • Reporting and communicating the evolution of store activities.
  • Implementing merchandising activities.

PLANNING AND REPORTING

  • Reporting on the performance of field trade activities and the fulfillment of sales conditions, agreements, and trends in retail prices while monitoring performance.
  • Setting and monitoring POS Quality, Customer Quality, and other KPI targets.

MAIN COLLABORATION WITH: Field/Regional Manager, Category Management, Merchandisers

Ferrero Are Looking For:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of field sales experience.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG segment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Knowledge of commercial and office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
