Job Description:
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations for financial institutions, focusing on back office and middle office processes. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of the client and product life cycle, from KYC to settlements, and everything in between.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work on back and middle office processes for financial institutions.
- Handle various stages of the client and product life cycle, including KYC, reference data management, legal documentation, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, system reconciliation, and more.
- Participate in data capture, cataloguing, data processing, system inputs, and updates, as well as reconciliations and fund transfers.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Interact externally with agents, counterparties, and clients to resolve process-related queries and discrepancies.
- Identify and escalate risks, ensuring timely communication with clients.
- Engage in trade support activities across the Trade Lifecycle, such as Trade Confirmation matching, Pre-Settlements support, reconciliation, report generation, settlements of Cash Flows, and various operational tasks.
- Learn and master various financial products, including Equities, Derivatives, Interest Rate Swaps, FX, Options, Futures, Credit Derivatives, Commodities Derivatives, and Fixed Income products.

Qualifications:
