- Coordinate with other departments for smooth onboarding.
- Documentation & Filing:
- Manage and organize important HR documents.
- Ensure proper filing systems are maintained.
- Attendance Management:
- Monitor attendance records.
- Handle notifications for unexcused absences.
- Data Management:
- Provide actuarial data to the finance team biyearly.
- Manage GAAP data and ensure accuracy.
- Leave Management:
- Upload leave balance data.
- Handle data related to leave encashment.
- System Issues:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR systems.
