Your responsibilities as a Flight Support Executive include,

  • Knowledge Base:
    • Proficiency in international/domestic travel voice processes.
    • Familiarity with world maps and geography is a plus.
  • Qualities:
    • Enthusiastic and driven to perform at the highest standards.
    • Flexibility to work in a 24*7 rotational shift environment.
    • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Customer Service:

    • Support customers across various communication channels, ensuring first-contact resolution.
