Job Description :

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage general cargo and project shipments, including full operational and cost control aspects.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, partners, and other offices regarding project operations-related issues.
• Ship various types of cargo, including out-of-gauge and heavy lift cargo on a global scale.
• Coordinate and negotiate with subcontractors, source competitive rates, and calculate and monitor project profits.
• Support the sales team in crafting offers and proposals to clients.
• Assist with administrative tasks and daily business activities in a global business environment.
• Provide support to the management team (local and regional) in reporting and other tasks.

Qualification & Experience :

• A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• A proven track record of successfully executing logistics operations, coordination, and management.
• Expertise in freight forwarding; experience in ocean freight, including break bulk, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in current software packages like Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, customer-focused mindset, and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments.
