Duties and Responsibilities:
🎯 Achieve Debt Management Services targets for the respective branch assignment, ensuring the fulfillment of PI Targets.
💰 Meeting the Cost of Debt Management Services target while ensuring PI Targets are met within the specified monthly cost limits.
📜 Ensuring compliance with legal guidelines for the entire Debt Management Services structure.
📝 Ensure that Debt Management Services agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law.
🤝 Adherence to the Code of Conduct.
🕵️♂️ Continuously monitor Debt Management Services agencies and executives to identify fraudulent practices and prevent any losses due to such activities.
