- Execute all branch operations promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Attain personal targets and contribute to branch target attainment through proficient upselling and cross-selling to customers.
Key Accountabilities:
Fulfill all responsibilities pertaining to:
- Enhance the branch’s operational efficiency by accurately and promptly handling customer transactions and account maintenance.
- Achieve personal targets and support branch target achievement through efficient upselling and cross-selling to customers.
- Assist the branch operations officer in bookkeeping and document management.

- Uphold compliance with all relevant regulations and bank policies concerning banking transactions.
- Process cash transactions, transfers, and instrument clearances.
- Receive and process various instruments, such as cheques, demand drafts, dividend warrants, pay orders, and deposits, up to authorized limits.
- Handle requests for new account openings, transaction updates, and more, either jointly with an officer or independently upon specific authorization.
