Job Description:

Are you ready to be part of the Worldwide Customer Process Experience Operations team, supporting the VS Sales Channel? Here’s your chance to make an impact and grow your career with Dassault Systèmes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Geo Partner Sales Managers with their queries.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners into the system.
  • Process Amendment and Letter of Authorization requests from PSMs within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Actively participate in and support improvement initiatives within the CPE Ops team.
  • Collaborate with the WW Legal team to address any delays in issuing contract documents.
  • Perform partner credibility assessments before partner evaluation reviews.
  • Engage in weekly partner evaluation review calls.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Partner Acquisition Lifecycle.
  • Effectively manage partner relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education Level: Any Graduate. Postgraduate in Operations would be preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Essential skills: Partner onboarding, Knowledge of Partner Acquisition Lifecycle, Process-Oriented Mindset, Communication skills, Negotiation skills.
  • Recommended skills: Analytical skills, Reporting & Dashboarding, Multitasking ability, Flexibility with working timelines.
