Job Description :
Join Global Collections Team responsible for managing outstanding invoices across 23 countries. This role requires availability during UK hours (12:30 pm IST to 9:30 pm IST).
Main Responsibilities:
- Make chase calls to customers.
- Send chase emails to customers.
- Distribute monthly statements.
- Manage the dunning process.
- Support customer success by putting accounts on stop.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a global collections role.
