Details of Customer Service Job Role at Nykaa:
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in handling customer service inquiries through calls.
Industry: Any (BPO/KPO, etc.), with a preference for those from an E-commerce background.
Skill Set: Excellent communication skills.
Timings: Rotational Shifts
Location : Pan India
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Inquiry Handling: Be the friendly voice of Nykaa! Answer general customer inquiries through calls, chat, and emails until the inquiry is satisfactorily resolved. Your communication skills and product knowledge will be key in providing top-notch customer support.
- Order Review: Review orders on a daily basis to identify any potential issues related to store assignment for order fulfillment. Address and resolve these issues efficiently to ensure seamless service.
- Product Depictions: Investigate customer concerns about product descriptions and images on our website. If you find inaccuracies, you’ll play a crucial role in making corrections to maintain the highest standards of product information.
- Customer Account Management: Take charge of managing customer accounts. Assist customers with information related to their order history, returned shipments, order status, and any other standard inquiries they may have.
- Service Logging: Maintain a detailed customer service log, diligently tracking all incoming inquiries. Record customer requests, product defects, shipping errors, and other relevant data to improve our service.
- Reporting and Trends: Summarize and report on customer service trends quarterly. Collaborate with teams across sales, technology, design, and merchandising to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Operations Collaboration: Work closely with our Operations team to address and resolve any store-related issues swiftly and effectively.
