Your Key Responsibilities: 📋
Structure deals for Agri Enterprises and tailor offerings to meet their needs. 🌾💼
Prepare Limit Applications in Credit Mate, liaising with customers to understand their business thoroughly. 📊📝
Resolve credit queries and ensure compliance with disbursal documentation. ✅📑
Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure timely case disbursals. 🤝⏰
Periodically analyze customers’ balance sheets and prepare cases for renewals in line with group standards. 📈🔄
Ensure timely renewals of Business banking loans and document compliance. 🏦🔄📄
Monitor daily MIS and maintain control of relationships, addressing overdue reviews and more. 📈📊🔍
What You Will Do: 🚀
Support the achievement of our Annual Business Plan through swift evaluation of NTB proposals and new deals.
Maintain a vigilant eye on all credit aspects within your portfolio, proactively highlighting risks. 👀⚠️
Conduct timely and accurate credit reviews while adhering to policies and procedures. 📋🔍
Work with Relationship Managers to achieve ASTAR closure within TAT. 🤝📅
Adhere to the Credit Admin Framework and implement the Early Warning System for robust risk monitoring. 🛡️📊
Assist in managing stressed accounts with the Collections team to reduce impairments and enhance recovery efforts.
Collaborate effectively with risk and control partners to build a culture of excellence and values. 🤝📊
