What You’ll Be Doing: 📋🔍

As a Commission Financial Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming our commission processes. Your responsibilities include:

Leading as the subject matter expert on sales commissions and accounting treatment, especially under ASC 606. 📊💼
Collaborating with Sales Operations and Order-to-Cash process owners to enhance sales data integrity, enabling commission process automation and reporting. 🤝📈
Managing the computation of monthly commission payouts for the sales team. 💰📅
Ensuring commission accounting compliance with ASC 606 through meticulous reconciliation. 🔍💼
Spearheading the automation and streamlining of end-to-end commission processes, while also maintaining our commission automation software, Xactly. 🌐🛠️
Driving the shift towards real-time, business-focused analysis to provide valuable insights for strategic decisions regarding sales compensation plans. 🚀📊
Partnering with Sales Operations to execute compensation plans and address inquiries from the sales team regarding compensation calculations and statements. 📈💬
Taking ownership of the reseller commission program, including reviewing reseller agreements and computing commission accrual and payouts monthly. 💼📑
Managing the Partner royalty program, including royalty payout review and reporting. 👑📈

Your Qualifications: 🎓📚

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 🎓📈
Experience with sales compensation management software Xactly is required; familiarity with SFDC, NetSuite, or databases is a plus. 💼💻
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. 📊💻
