Job Description :
As a Technical and Training Manager for Pets at Boehringer Ingelheim, you’ll be the go-to person for all things technical and scientific. Your main job is to make sure everyone, both inside and outside the company, understands our products and their scientific value.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Marketing Support: Help the marketing team by giving them technical advice for our current products and new ones. Check and review content to make sure it’s accurate and follows the rules.
- Scientific Training: Teach our team and external partners about our products. This involves creating engaging scientific activities and training sessions.
- Building Relationships: Make friends with important people outside the company, like key opinion leaders and organizations. Create plans to engage with them and work with the commercial/marketing team.
- Customer Support: Help our internal team (sales reps) and external customers (mainly vets) by providing technical support. This means giving them the information they need within the legal rules.
- Clinical Trials: Work with the regulatory team to design and run clinical trials. Use the data from these trials in our scientific campaigns.
- Pharmacovigilance: Help with tracking and dealing with any problems related to our products.
- Content Creation: Make materials for our scientific campaigns and plan how we’ll engage with external partners.
- Training Programs: Develop training plans for our internal team and make sure they get the training they need.
- New Product Ideas: Find opportunities for new products. Explain why we need them scientifically and help with financial plans.
- International Collaboration: Possibly lead or join international teams to work on technical projects.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience: At least 7 years in the animal health industry.
- Communication Skills: Good at talking and writing.
- Campaign Experience: Proven experience in leading successful scientific campaigns.
