Job Title : Technical and Training Manager for Pets

Location : Mumbai, India

Job Description :

As a Technical and Training Manager for Pets at Boehringer Ingelheim, you’ll be the go-to person for all things technical and scientific. Your main job is to make sure everyone, both inside and outside the company, understands our products and their scientific value.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Support: Help the marketing team by giving them technical advice for our current products and new ones. Check and review content to make sure it’s accurate and follows the rules.
  2. Scientific Training: Teach our team and external partners about our products. This involves creating engaging scientific activities and training sessions.
  3. Building Relationships: Make friends with important people outside the company, like key opinion leaders and organizations. Create plans to engage with them and work with the commercial/marketing team.
  4. Customer Support: Help our internal team (sales reps) and external customers (mainly vets) by providing technical support. This means giving them the information they need within the legal rules.
  5. Clinical Trials: Work with the regulatory team to design and run clinical trials. Use the data from these trials in our scientific campaigns.
  6. Pharmacovigilance: Help with tracking and dealing with any problems related to our products.
  7. Content Creation: Make materials for our scientific campaigns and plan how we’ll engage with external partners.
  8. Training Programs: Develop training plans for our internal team and make sure they get the training they need.
  9. New Product Ideas: Find opportunities for new products. Explain why we need them scientifically and help with financial plans.
  10. International Collaboration: Possibly lead or join international teams to work on technical projects.

Requirements:
