Job Purpose :

The role primarily involves overseeing the Gold loan process at the branch following sales transactions and performing basic data entry tasks conducted by Marketing executives. Additionally, the responsibilities include providing training to new hires on the company’s Policies & Processes for Gold Loan, ensuring strict policy adherence, meeting the specified Turnaround Time (TAT) at branches, and upholding Vaulting Process & Policies.

Job Tittle – Executive – Operations and Service

Location – Jafrabad, Jalna 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute the Gold loan process at the branch following sales transactions, and perform basic data entry as required by Marketing executives.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires on company Policies & Processes related to Gold Loans.
• Ensure strict policy adherence and meet Turnaround Time (TAT) targets at branches.
• Maintain compliance with Vaulting Process & Policies.
• Conduct audits of Gold as per established Policies & Processes.
• Perform valuation of Gold Ornaments.
• Provide regular feedback to Head Office Authorities regarding Credit Processes, Policies, and the Local Market.
• Analyze data and share best practices with teams at other locations.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• A graduate with 1-4 years of relevant experience in the Gold loan Industry.
• Proficiency in the Gold Appraisal process.
• Ability to provide training on Gold Appraisal and Evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
