Position : Manager – CD – Growth South & West
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieving and surpassing business goals and targets.
- Cultivating a robust and compliant sales culture to promote acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
- Effectively managing and supporting a team of sales professionals within a specific geographical area, exploring new markets, and allocating resources to the most lucrative opportunities.
- Identifying the need for sales training, analyzing shifting market trends, channel deployment, and providing feedback and suggestions to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
- Ensuring the implementation of promotional plans and contests, as well as proposing new and innovative promotion plans for the designated area.
- Recruiting and retaining high-performing sales professionals.
- Ensuring the highest levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement to drive results and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Collaborating effectively with Operations and Risk teams to comprehend and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.
- Team management and mentoring to help team members achieve their respective targets.
- Managing delinquency of the business sourced to maintain portfolio health.
- Managing distribution through dealer relations and addressing dealer concerns appropriately.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduation with 4 to 6 years of experience, or an MBA with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
- Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.
- A strong inclination for taking action and delivering results in a high-performance environment.
- Strong skills in people and relationship management.
