Role Overview:

The Global Credit Control team is responsible for managing receivables, cash, and payables, including claims and broker commissions within the insurance segment.

Discover Your Opportunity:

As a Credit Control Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing central cash management processing following internal audit and financial internal control guidelines.
• Generating operational and business reports at predefined intervals.
• Managing collections through statement generation, reminders, and collaborating with various departments.
• Conducting account reconciliations, particularly in the Claim Bucket and Cash Control Account, and resolving issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Education & Qualification:

• A graduate or postgraduate degree in commerce is mandatory.

Must-Have Skills:

• Exposure to accounting/insurance through education or previous work experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) vertical is preferred.
• A few years of practical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
