Job Description :
Emerson is on the lookout for a dynamic Human Resources Operations Associate to join the thriving team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various HR functions, including Communication & Collaboration, Invoice & Contract resource management, Rewards and Recognition, Offboarding, Leaves & Attendance Management, Audits & Compliances, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice & Contract Resource Management:
- Supervise monthly invoices for third-party employees.
- Handle contract extension, salary revision.
- Support vendor onboarding, rate annexure, NDA, and service agreement.
- Manage contract payroll, extensions, and exits for Teamlease resources.
- Rewards and Recognition:
- Manage the rewards and recognition portal.
- Provide HR approval for awards.
- Handle budgeting, invoicing of rewards.
- Manage the birthday automation list.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Prepare and drive the communication plan for the year.
- Document and maintain the company policy handbook and system user guides.
- Collaborate closely with collaborators for HR Process Automation.
- Handle employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Leaves & Attendance Management:
- Provide query and system assistance to users.
- Assess daily attendance upload in HCM.
- Report system bugs to the technical team.
- Handle the leave encashments process.
- Audits & Compliances:
- Maintain statutory compliances and support audits.
- Offboarding:
- Conduct post-resignation discussions and exit interviews.
- Manage the employee offboarding portal – resignation acceptance, exit formalities, clearance, etc.
- Miscellaneous Activities:
- Conduct HR orientation for new joiners.
- Provide employment proof / Bonafide letters.
- Support planning the Service Award Function.
- Handle the annual health check-up of employees.
- Coordinate with the bank representative for new account creation or other support.
- Support engagement activities.
- Monitor data updates and employment changes in the HR databases (HCM).
