Description :
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate account opening and maintenance tasks, including tasks like updating ACM Vehicle number, Proxy number, and handling account change requests.
- Work on Sponsor/Consolidations and all other Maintenance Requests.
- Demonstrate dedication towards BAU (Business As Usual) with a time-sensitive approach.
- Report to the assigned Team Leader within the CTAS India Management Team.
- Carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
Major Duties:
- Take full ownership of one or more processes, reports, and/or procedures.
- Handle and process requests within predefined established guidelines.
- Ensure global consistency across locations by working closely with the team leader.
- Serve as a key subject matter expert and provide floor support for new hires.
- Perform quality checks and internal audits as required.
- Work effectively as a team member, driving initiatives/projects independently.
- Assist partners and staff with complex problem resolution.
- Maintain technical knowledge on activities and understand how the function relates to other areas within and outside the CTAS Division.
- Drive risk management and control activities for the group.
- Build effective working relationships with middle office partners and other internal clients.
- Provide hands-on training for new staff and cross-training for experienced staff.
- Act as a key subject matter expert, facilitating discussions with internal parties to reach decisions through collaboration.
- Handle inquiries and discussions on the phone with stakeholders.
