Responsibilities of Assistant Manager – Key Accounts:
As the Assistant Manager – Key Accounts, your role will involve:
- Managing the Government segment for both new projects and repairs.
- Overseeing the entire process, from project identification and lead generation to building relationships with government bodies, stakeholders, contractors, EPC contractors, applicators, and project distributors.
- Taking ownership of projects from lead generation to project completion and order servicing.
- Collaborating closely with the CSG team and specification team to secure government specifications and DSR inclusion, leading to successful site execution.
- Creating a fresh ecosystem in Mumbai, including DFPDs, waterproofers, and government EPC contractors, to facilitate smooth project supply.
- Keeping track of competitor movements and new launches in the government sector and contributing to the design of a competitive strategy.
Experience/Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management.
- Preferably from a background related to the Construction industry.
- Knowledge of the local market and key customers.
- Education with a BE in Civil Engineering or an MBA is preferred, though not compulsory.
