Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for the following key activities:
- Acknowledge and provide feedback to lead originators on the outcome of leads.
- Complete activity reports to measure individual/department effectiveness.
- Coordinate and manage Direct Marketing (DM) programs and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Open accounts for new DM customers when appropriate.
- Ensure cooperation with other sales team members.
- Provide customer-oriented service related to specific sales issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for organizing small trading accounts under Telesales, responding to them, and directing their queries to the correct account manager.
- Manage multi-channel customers through phone or direct mail.
- Provide customer-oriented service for multi-channel customers.
- Build and maintain strong vendor-client relationships.
- Coordinate with all sales channels, Customer Service (CS), and the Marketing Department for lead management.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure service commitments to multi-channel customers.
- Provide feedback to lead generators on the status of endorsed leads.
- Qualify all internal and external lead sources to pass leads to the appropriate sales resource.
- Evaluate air express revenue potential and validate customer information and needs through agreed selection criteria to produce quality leads and accounts to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Maintain data integrity in systems for recording updated customer historical information and call dispositions.
- Adhere to regional standards, agreed procedures, and processes.
- Contact companies and individuals without current accounts, confirm customer details, and identify traffic profiles to assess future business quantity and quality.
- Drive informal influence to enable improvements and changes within the organization.
- The incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country-line and functional personnel.
